The national archives' copy of the Bill of Rights is traveling around the country, and will be stopping for a one-day visit at the Arizona Capitol Museum (in the 1700 W Washington bldg) on 02/20 ( this Saturday). I am sure security on the capitol premises itself will be tight.
I have no idea about the permissibility of tables or electioneering in the USS Arizona park just east of the capitol - or, alternatively, in the parking area(s) west of the capitol.
Viewing will be 8 am to 4 pm.
